The breakfast was much better than what I expected--so many options and it was all really good and I liked how the breakfast attendants were on top of refilling everything making it feel like they really cared about us. Plus the room was large and had a kitchenette which was a nice surprise since I was working through the night, it was perfect for keeping my coffee handy and snacks close by.

It wasn't budget-friendly but worth the experience overall.

I loved the spacious King Room with Sofa Bed, the excellent breakfast options, and the big swiveling TV. I'd definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious and had great amenities like a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge. Also, enjoyed the fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool. The air conditioning worked well, and I appreciated the free toiletries and hairdryer provided in the private bathroom. Breakfast options included a variety of cold and hot foods.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Richmond, Innsbrook! The room was spacious and had a cozy corner with an oversized sofa sleeper, perfect for relaxing. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only downside was that the breakfast options could be improved.
